The Professional Accountant Program (PPAk) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University, held a Gathering and Public Lecture on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Jambuluwuk Convention Hall, Ciawi. The event was attended by PPAk students from the 46th and 47th batches and took place in a warm, interactive, and enthusiastic atmosphere.

The event began with a gathering session filled with various interesting games designed to strengthen the bond between students. The various games presented successfully created a friendly atmosphere and built teamwork among the participants.

After the gathering session ended, the event continued with a public lecture that was officially opened by the Head of the PPAk Study Program, Dr. Vinola Herawaty, Ak., M.Sc., CA. In her speech, she emphasized the importance of understanding green economy and sustainable finance issues, especially for prospective professional accountants in the modern era.

The public lecture was then delivered by guest speaker Dr. Palti Ferdrico TH Siahaan, SE, M.Acc, Ak, Member of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants’ Sustainability Standards Board, with the main topics being sustainable investment and financing, as well as the role of accounting in responding to green economy and sustainable finance issues in Indonesia.

To conclude the series of events, participants attended an entrepreneurship motivation session delivered by Abubakar Arief, SE., MM, Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University. In his presentation, he encouraged and inspired students to develop their entrepreneurial spirit and prepare themselves to face the challenges of the professional world.

This Gathering and Public Lecture event organized by the Accounting Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Trisakti University is expected not only to strengthen students’ academic competencies but also to build character, networks, and strong motivation for future professional accountants.
